· Significant contributor to the “Globus Alliance”, one of the top R&D companies and creator of the Globus Toolkit. The de Facto standard for Grid computing.

· Co-developed new technologies related to distributed systems in the fields of: “grid computing” and “open grid services”
· Implemented a web portal for grid based job submission (GRAM), which was funded by management, produced, and used on the IBM intranet website.
· Conceived, designed, tested and implemented unprecedented grid-based SOAP APIs (GRAM, MDS and GSI protocols), which once deployed, will facilitate accessing grid applications from the IBM intranet.
